Pipeline & Forecast agents at a glance#
The Pipeline & Forecast area holds Pipeline Risk (how likely an open deal is to slip and why) and Stale Deals (deals that have gone quiet). CRM Deal Health is also listed here as a secondary area; it is described with the RevOps & Data quality agents. These are the agents most often put on a schedule.
Pipeline Risk: typical use, HubSpot updates, best depth#
Use it on open deals before a pipeline or forecast review. It reads the deal, its company, contacts and activity and produces a risk score and level, a forecast category, evidence (engagement, timeline, stage, stakeholder and commercial risks), mitigations and next actions. HubSpot updates: a note on the deal, the Alignify fields alignify_risk_score, alignify_risk_level and alignify_forecast_category, a task for the deal owner when risk is high or critical, and the HubSpot Next step field (always waits for review unless that field is opted in). Schedules: at a set time over the open deals of a pipeline (closed stages skipped), or when a deal reaches a stage. Best depth: Expert for weekly reviews; Deep for large or late-stage deals; Light to sweep many deals cheaply. Price: Light 1, Expert 2, Deep 4 credits per deal.
Stale Deals: typical use, HubSpot updates, best depth#
Use it to find deals nobody has touched and decide what to do with them. Run it manually on one deal with a "stale after" threshold in days, or schedule it over a pipeline (and optionally one stage) so every deal quiet for longer than the threshold (1 to 365 days) is analysed. It produces the inactivity risk, days without meaningful activity, stale signals, evidence and one recommended seller task to revive or cleanly close the deal. HubSpot updates: a note on the deal, the Alignify field alignify_stale_days, a task for the deal owner with the recommended action, and the HubSpot Next step field (review first). Schedules: time only (daily or weekly); not on deal events. Best depth for a manual run: Light or Expert. Price: 1 / 2 / 4 credits per deal.
How scheduled pipeline scans are charged#
A time schedule over a pipeline or stage runs one analysis per matching deal, and each is charged like a manual run. Scheduled and event-triggered runs always use Expert depth, so most agents cost 2 credits per deal (for example 20 stale deals = 40 credits). Large segments are processed in batches over several slots. Failed analyses cost nothing. Check the expected volume before choosing a daily cadence on a big pipeline.
