Leads & Marketing agents at a glance#
The Leads & Marketing area holds Web-form Lead Qualification and Inbound Email Qualification (score and route new inbound leads), Re-engagement (should we contact a cold contact again) and Closed Leads Analysis (why a lead was closed or disqualified, and is it worth revisiting). SDR First-call Prep is also tagged here; it is described with the Sales agents. Lead scores compare the lead with your ideal customer profile, so describe it in Playbooks → Workspace AI context (target industries, company size, buyer personas, qualifying and disqualifying signals).
Web-form Lead Qualification: typical use, HubSpot updates, best depth#
Use it on a contact that converted through a website form. It reads the contact, company and form details and produces a lead score, a tier (hot, warm, cold), ICP fit, intent and a routing recommendation (route to sales, nurture or disqualify). HubSpot updates: a note on the contact with the reasoning, the Alignify fields alignify_qualification_score, alignify_qualification_tier, alignify_icp_fit and alignify_lead_recommendation, the HubSpot Lead Status (route to sales sets Open, disqualify sets Unqualified, only if those options exist in your portal; always review first unless opted in), and a follow-up task for the contact owner when a hot or warm lead is routed to sales. Runs on demand only for now. Best depth: Light for high volume, Expert when the form has rich answers. Price: 1 / 2 / 4 credits.
Inbound Email Qualification: typical use, HubSpot updates, best depth#
Use it on a contact who wrote to you by email. It reads the contact, company and the contact's newest inbound email logged in HubSpot and produces the same result as web-form qualification: score, tier, ICP fit, intent and routing (sales, nurture, disqualify). It needs the HubSpot sales email permission and an inbound email on the contact; without one it refuses to run instead of guessing, and nothing is charged. HubSpot updates: a note, the Alignify qualification fields, Lead Status (review first) and a follow-up task for hot or warm leads routed to sales. Runs on demand only. Best depth: Light or Expert. Price: 1 / 2 / 4 credits.
Re-engagement: typical use, HubSpot updates, best depth#
Use it to decide whether a cold contact is worth contacting again. Run it on one contact, or schedule a scan of contacts not contacted for a number of days (14 to 730). It reads the contact, company, related deals and engagement history and produces an engagement summary, a decision (re-engage, nurture, disqualify or do not touch, with the reason), a next step and evidence. Scheduled scans always skip email opt-outs and existing customers. HubSpot updates: a note on the contact, the Alignify fields alignify_engagement_state and alignify_reengage_recommendation, and a task for the contact owner when the decision is re-engage or nurture. It never emails anyone. Schedules: time only. Best depth: Light for big scans, Expert for key accounts. Price: 1 / 2 / 4 credits per contact (scheduled runs use Expert).
Closed Leads Analysis: typical use, HubSpot updates, best depth#
Use it on contacts whose HubSpot Lead Status is closed out (for example Unqualified or Bad timing). Run it on one contact, or schedule it over contacts with the Lead Status values you list (1 to 10 internal values). It reads the contact, company, related deals and engagement and produces the closed or disqualified reason, contributing factors, missed signals, a revisit flag with timing and a next step. HubSpot updates: a note on the contact, the Alignify fields alignify_closed_lead_reason and alignify_lead_revisit, and a task for the contact owner when it is worth revisiting. Schedules: time only. Best depth: Expert. Price: 1 / 2 / 4 credits per contact.
