Plans and monthly credits#
How much each plan costs and the credits it includes every month:
- Free: 25 credits a month, no payment needed.
- Starter: $49 a month with 1,000 credits a month.
- Pro: $149 a month with 5,000 credits a month.
All plans include every available agent. Credits are the only usage limit: there is no limit on the number of runs, records or teammates. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month.
What is a credit?#
A credit is the unit of agent usage: each analysis costs credits by agent and depth. Your plan includes credits every month, and you can buy extra credits. Teammates, records and HubSpot updates are not counted separately.
Is there a free trial?#
Yes, in the form of the Free plan: 25 credits every month, no card needed and no time limit, with every available agent. That is about a dozen Expert analyses a month. Upgrade to Starter or Pro in Settings → Billing when you need more.
How many credits a run costs#
Price depends on the depth you choose: Light 1 credit, Expert 2 credits, Deep 4 credits. This applies to most agents. The exceptions: QBR Prep costs double (Light 2, Expert 4, Deep 8); CRM Deal Health is a flat 3 credits per run; Auditor and Dedup & Merge are a flat 1 credit per run; custom agents are priced by complexity. The run form shows the exact price on the Start button before you run, and every run stores what it was charged.
How many credits does QBR Prep cost?#
QBR Prep costs twice the usual price because it reads a whole customer account (company, tickets, conversations, contacts and related deals): Light 2 credits, Expert 4 credits, Deep 8 credits per run.
Flat-priced agents: CRM Deal Health, Auditor, Dedup & Merge#
These agents have no depth choice and always cost the same: CRM Deal Health 3 credits per scan, Auditor 1 credit per deal audit, Dedup & Merge 1 credit per duplicate scan. Approving a merge or a WriteBack afterwards costs nothing.
How much does a custom agent cost?#
A custom agent's price depends on how much it reads and produces, and is shown before you save it ("This agent costs N credits per run (Expert)"). A typical agent on one record costs the standard 1 / 2 / 4 credits. Reading more object types, extended engagement history, a second level of related records, more than 6 output fields, HubSpot field updates, or running on a segment of many records raises the price. One run never costs more than 24 credits. See "What a custom agent costs" in the custom agent article.
Failed runs are free#
If a run fails, it costs nothing: its credits are not counted. The same applies when a run is refused before it starts (for example HubSpot needs a reconnect or a permission is missing). You can simply run it again once the cause is fixed.
When do my credits reset?#
Credits renew every month on your billing date, not on the 1st of the month. On a paid plan the billing date is your subscription's renewal date. On the Free plan it is the day of the month your workspace was created. Usage and Settings → Billing show "Resets <date>".
What happens when I run out of credits?#
When the monthly credits and any purchased credits are used up, new runs are blocked with an "Out of credits" message and scheduled runs are skipped. Nothing is lost: reports, schedules and settings stay, and schedules continue on their next slot once credits are available. To continue now, upgrade your plan in Settings → Billing or buy a credit pack on Usage. Otherwise everything resumes on your next billing date.
Buying extra credits: credit packs#
Owners and admins can buy one-time credit packs from Usage (Buy credits) or the plan picker in Settings → Billing: 70 credits for $10, 150 credits for $20, or 400 credits for $50. Packs work on any plan, including Free, can be spent on any agent, and never expire. If the buttons are disabled with "Credit packs are not available yet", packs are not offered in your workspace right now; ask for a person in the support chat.
Which credits are used first?#
Each run uses the monthly allowance first. When the allowance is used up, the rest is taken from purchased credits. Purchased credits are not touched while monthly credits remain.
Usage page explained#
Usage shows the current billing cycle: your plan and status, "Resets <date>", Plan usage (percent of the allowance used), Billing cycle (day X of N), Credits used, average credits per day, Overage credits (purchased credits left), Usage by agent, Credits by mode (Light, Expert, Deep), Daily credits for the last 30 days, the most credit-intensive analyses (each links to its run), and a ledger of credit purchases and overage debits. Every figure is what runs were actually charged; failed runs are not counted. Every role, members included, can open Usage; only owners and admins can change the plan or buy credits there.
Usage warning at 80 percent#
When a workspace has used 80% of its monthly credits, owners and admins get a notification and an email. It is a warning only; nothing stops until credits run out.
Where to see my credits#
Usage shows credits used and remaining in the current billing cycle. Settings → Billing shows your plan, allowance, purchased credits and reset date. The Dashboard shows credits this cycle. Each run shows the credits it was charged.
Is the support chat free?#
Yes. Questions in the support chat never use credits. Generating a custom agent from a description is free too.
